We believe the New Testament teaches followers of Jesus to be generous with their finances.  Giving is an act of worship and a practical way of partnering with what God is doing through the local church.

We operate a confidential numbered system for tithing. This system is used to issue end-of-year Charitable Tax Receipts of your annual giving here at Tauranga Elim Church, enabling the recipient to claim a Tax Credit with the IRD — 33.3% can be claimed back, dependent on your annual income.

Ways
to Give

Giving is not a transaction—it’s an act of worship. As we give, we partner with what God is doing in people’s lives and in our community. If you’d like to give, you can do so in the following ways:

    On a Sunday at the Giving Station: Cash or Eftpos.

    Online Banking: One-off or automatic payments to: Tauranga City Elim Church Trust BNZ 02 0466 0266396 000 (Reference: Surname & giving number).
