Growth Track.

The Tauranga Elim Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track is made up of four steps that equip you to 1) connect to the church, 2) discover the strengths of your purposeful design, 3) develop your personal leadership, and 4) use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.

The Growth Track happens every month in four consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. Growth track runs for one hour starting at 8:30am through to 9:30am before our main service. Free barista coffee and food is provided. We invite you to sign up and get involved. If you miss a session for some reason then it’s no problem to pick it up again next month.

Step 1: Intro to Elim

Explore what Tauranga Elim is all about, our history, the meaning of “Elim” and find out how to connect with our church. Step One takes place the first Sunday of every month.

Step 2: Essentials

The purpose of this step is to provide the tools necessary to help you become a spiritually mature disciple of Jesus Christ. Step two takes place the second Sunday of every month.

The aim of the discovery session is to aid you in taking a step towards understanding how your uniquely designed personality, coupled with the spiritual gifts God has given you, help reveal a fulfilling path to your destiny. Step three takes place on the third Sunday of every month.

Step 4: Team

Step Four is all about putting it together. It is a chance to connect to the opportunities available at Tauranga Elim, to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts. We will go through Sunday and week day opportunities to make a difference. Step Four takes place the fourth Sunday of every month.
